I painted landscapes

This triptych of watercolor landscapes are based on photos that a friend of mine took on her various travels. She commissioned me to etch them out in dreamy watercolors and I’m really pleased with how they turned out! I love the variety in the locations and times of day. As you go through the triptych, the day slowly dies as the moon rises over the water. The pieces portray three totally different locations on earth but they’re connected here through color and light.
